This trivet is a practical accessory for your new Petromax Dutch Oven as well as any other hot vessel. Protect your surface (e.g. wooden table) from damage thanks to this practical spacer made of galvanized steel.

Petromax Transport and storage bag

Burning and care paste for fire pots/Dutch ovens
The paste made from natural ingredients cares for and maintains the specially pre-treated surface of Petromax Dutch ovens and cast iron Dutch ovens. It is also suitable for the first or repeated seasoning of Dutch ovens. Any rust spots can also be treated by baking with the care paste. The paste provides optimal care when applied after each Dutch oven cooking. This means that the pre-treated surface of the Petromax fire pot is preserved. At the same time, the care paste protects against rust and unwanted food sticking. Through regular use of the food-safe care paste, a high-quality patina forms over time, which benefits the quality of the cast iron fire pot/Dutch oven.
