The
optibelt ALPHA TORQUE is made from
abrasion-resistant polyurethane with a hardness of 86 Shore A. Its basic
characteristics include unusually good oil resistance for polyurethane, as well
as a certain resistance to acids and alkaline solutions, reinforced with tension
cords made of steel.

AT10 = 10mm pitch so the measurement from the middle of one tooth to the middle of the next one to it. AT = very important (wider teeth) T10 will not fit. 700mm is the length of the belt = (70 teeth x 10mm pitch = 700mm long)
25mm width, the belts are usually not marked with the width as they are cut from a sleeve, so you will have to measure your belt to confirm this dimension.
