Self-massage your muscle pain away with a 45cm Foam Roller from Core Balance. Short in size to target smaller areas of your body and easily pop in your gym bag, it has a medium-density foam construction and a smooth surface to deliver a soothing muscle massage.

Medium-Density EPE

The roller is made from medium-density EPE foam which is firm enough to deliver a deep massage without feeling too uncomfortable. Although it might feel quite firm when you press it with your fingers, it has far more give than other rollers when greater pressure is applied to it.

Short 45cm Roller

The 45cm roller provides a more targeted massage than a longer roller and allows you to target a wider range of muscles. Its shorter size makes it ideal for massaging smaller areas of your body that a 90cm roller is too long to reach, such as your calves, arms, lats, and thighs.

Ideal for Beginners

A medium-density roller is perfect if you’re new to foam rolling or you only do occasional and moderate exercise. This is because your muscles need to acclimatise to the pressure applied by a roller. If it’s too firm, the pressure applied could be too intense for your muscles to handle.

Only orders delivered by Royal Mail can be delivered to BFPO addresses.

Delivery to OUT OF AREA

For small and medium items (delivered with Yodel & Royal Mail), we will deliver to Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland at no extra cost. For large items (delivered with XDP), we may be unable to deliver to out of area post codes, therefore, please contact us before placing your order so we can check if delivery is available.

Failed Deliveries

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure they are in at the time of the delivery or that they collect the item from the depot/sorting office. Orders which are returned undelivered can be re-dispatched (additional delivery costs will be charged prior to dispatch) or refunded (minus the cost of the failed delivery).

Unwanted/Cancelled Purchases

• Must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the item
• Must be received back to us within 28 days of receipt of the item
• Must be complete in or with original packaging
• Must be in a re-sellable condition
• Must be notified prior to return

As per our terms and conditions please return all unwanted items and cancelled orders at your own cost. We advise using a tracked service and all customers should obtain proof of postage. For help returning your item(s) please contact us.

All order(s) will be checked upon receipt. If your return is accepted we will notify you via email or telephone and process your refund. If there is a problem with your return, or you fail to acknowledge the above terms and conditions, a member of our customer service team will be in touch.
