Used hourglass aka butterfly parts removed from a 2004 Audi 3.0 motor intake manifold.

These are old, brittle plastic parts, just like the ones that broke on your car.  I recommend taking your intake manifold completely apart and giving it a thorough cleaning, otherwise all the gunk in there will probably break these just like it did to your original ones.  If it were me, I would probably stick them in place permanently with some type of silicone or other adhesive to avoid this issue again in the future.
