How to Order

After purchase, please message us with the following:

Patch background colour (default: whit) (*available fabric on the picture)
Border colour (default: black)
Text colour (default: blach)
Text to be embroidered (*Mandatory to be provided)
Font style (default: Font 1) (*available fonts on the picture)

If no preferences are provided, we’ll use the default colour scheme.

Please double-check your text before submitting and patch colours. We cannot offer refunds for customer text errors once production begins or product is delivered.

Additional Information

We recommend up to 10–12 characters for large patches. Text will be resized to fit.
All patches are made in-house in Bedfordshire, UK.

Iron-On Application

Set iron to Cotton-Linen (no steam)
Place patch glue-side down on fabric
Cover with a thin cloth, silicon paper or towel
Press firmly for 35–45 seconds (do not move iron)
Let cool, then iron reverse side
Wash inside-out on gentle cycle; drip dry

Do not use on nylon, vinyl, or leather. Do not tumble dry or bleach.

International: Royal Mail Tracked (7–14 working days)

Customs duties may apply outside the UK and will be paid by buyer.

Returns

We accept returns within 60 days for unused items in original condition. Buyer pays return postage unless item is defective. Please contact us before returning any item.
