Please view the detailed photos!    The Calumet bellows et cetera seem to be in excellent shape.  

The Zeiss lens appears to have some fungus - this appears to be from a far older camera than the Calumet bellows.

Back glass missing - but can be easily replaced at any glass store.

Very cool both historically, for decoration, and for actual professional use. With a second bellows, you can use it for making any camera (phone included) have a medium format look!
