Items sent with tracking are via Australia Post or Couriers Please. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a notice detailing how you can retrieve your package will be left for you. If you do not collect your package in the time frame given, it will be returned to the Bargain Buy Store warehouse, and additional postage fees will apply. You may request to have your package left at your premises. For this option, please message us after check-out with your 'authority to leave' the package and advise of a safe place. Please note, we do not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen packages if this request is made.

Returns Returns accepted within 30 days from purchase. Items must be in original packaging and unused. Buyer must pay return postage. If we are required to relist a returned item, a relisting fee of AUD$5 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
