Add more * Flexible mounting options available - 3/8 size holes are drilled in for a custom module/sliding adjustable type of lighting system with use of either a 3/8 metal tubing,3/8 threaded rod, or 3/8 wooden dowel rods (oak or walnut).

I use the 3/8 threaded rod. A 10 foot piece is around $7.00 in the electrical section at a big box store use with 3/8 nuts and 5/16 washers. I fastened holders with small zip ties . The oak or walnut dowel rods are around $3.00 ea.in 4ft. sections.Aluminum tube, metal tube or even 1/4 i.d. copper tube can be used.
