The SecurView^TM SV-6824.em.ii is an embedded style CMOS color camera with a wide 170^o viewing angle and a custom housing.  The shape of the camera housing makes the lens face further downward at a 45^o angle making it a perfect solution for mounting up higher on larger SUVs and Trucks.  The overall shape of the camera housing is very small making it barely noticeable once it is on vehicle.  The super wide angle will allow the driver to keep an eye on almost anything behind the vehicle and the programable parking assist lines will help the driver accurately judge the distance behind the vehicle when in reverse.  The camera also comes included programable normal and reverse imaging so the camera can be mounted on the front of the back of the vehicle.  The SV-6824.em.ii requires a small 7mm hole to be drilled on the mounting surface of the camera mounting location in order to secure the camera down to the vehicle.  This drill bit is not included with the camera kit so you will need to consult your installer about the drill bit that is needed.
