We ship most days of the week based on my schedule. Most USA based packages will ship via USPS unless otherwise noted in the listing. International customers please note that some countries may impose an import/VAT/Tariff fee onto the order you place which you are responsible to pay for. We hope you will love your purchase, however if you need to return it, we have a 30 day return policy. The key thing with returns is make sure the part is new and can be resold as such. All material/packaging of the parts will be required to be returned. If you have an issue with a part not resolving an issue there may be something else going on and please let us discuss with you prior to initiating a return. Ex: You buy a roller and the separation pad was not replaced, or maybe something isn't fitting correct, let's talk about it and make sure we get it right! As always please ask questions before purchase so the outcome you have is excellent! Should a return be started without our discussing your situation, any kits returned used or without reason will incur a restock/used return fee of 20% as these parts are sent back to the supplier to test and in most cases the parts are not faulty.
