      INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International customers should e-mail us before buying as shipping can be very expensive and does not include any import duty, taxes or fees charged for import of your order. Some products, such as Herman Miller products, can not be shipped outside the USA.

      RETURNS:  We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on products purchased from eBay (starting from the date on the invoice). Simply return the item in its original packaging in the same condition you received it in, along with the completed return form and the original, dated receipt, for a refund of the product price, less shipping and a 15% restocking fee (fee can be waived for some exchanges – see below. If the item had free shipping, the actual shipping charges will be deducted prior to refunding. Shipping is a service and not refundable for any order. For hygienic reasons, Therabath products, paraffin, pillows, mattresses, airbeds, electrodes and covers can only be returned if they are unopened. All sales have to be completed/paid for within 7 days of purchase.

      EXCHANGES: When returning an item (see above), you may convert the restocking fee into a store credit to be used to purchase an item of equal or greater value. Please note that the original shipping on the returned item is still not refundable for a store credit.

      PAYMENTS: If using PAYPAL we can only ship to the address listed on the PAYPAL payment. E-mails requesting us to ship to another address will not be received in time and the order will only be shipped to the address listed on the payment. For credit card payments we can only ship to an address listed on the credit card as a valid ship to address.

      PICK UPS: If you would like to pick up the product, please let us know 24 hours in advance and pay for the item when you come in. We accept most major credit cards in our showroom. No third party pickups (having someone else pick up an item you paid for).

      REFUSED SHIPMENTS: If an order is refused or returned because of an undeliverable address, we will refund the order less all shipping (two shipping fees are charged by the shipping company - one out to you and one back to us), any customs/duty fees for international customers and a 15% restocking fee.

      *WARRANTY INFORMATION: NEW chairs include a Manufacturer's Full Limited Warranty.  Barcalounger® conveys the following LIMITED WARRANTY to the original purchaser under normal residential use: ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY - One year comprehensive coverage against manufacturing defects for all components under normal residential use by original owner.  MECHANISMS - Barcalounger® warrants to the original purchaser protection against defective materials or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase.  POWER MOTORS - If the chair includes a power motor. Motorized parts will be warranted for a period of one (1) year against defective materials or workmanship.   FOAM AND FRAMES - Foam and frame parts will be warranted for a period of one (1) year against defective materials or workmanship. Compression of certain filling materials with use is normal and should not be considered loss of resiliency.  FABRIC AND LEATHERS - Warranty of fabrics and leathers will be (1) one year against defective materials from the original date of purchase.
