Buyer to return the item in original packaging & undamaged within 30 days. Buyer pays return postage unless faulty. On receipt of items a refund or replacement will be given, customer's preference. We are using Royal Mail 24 (under 1kg) & Royal Mail 48 (under 2kg) for small parcels & APC guaranteed next day delivery for larger heavier parcels. All items are dispatched the same day if ordered before 3pm (1.30pm Fridays). Weekend orders are processed Mondays for afternoon collection.
