This is a set of 10 nylon nuts that attaches to a 5/16" square hole for a #8 or #10 screw.  These are used alot for headlight bezel trim pieces and interior dash hardware as well. These will fit alot of GM models from 62-90 including but not limited to 62-72 GTO, Lemans, Tempest, Chevelle, Malibu, GS, GSX, Culass, 442, W30, W31, F85 and a lot of other GM models from 1962-1990. These clips are new and will replace your missing, broken, or brittle ones on your car.
