Shipping:  

Most orders ship within 1 business day. Tracking numbers will be automatically added to your Purchase History as soon as your order is processed. We ship to all US states and Puerto Rico.

Returns:  

Buyers may start a return directly through their eBay Purchase History at any time. If you experience any difficulty or have questions about the process, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist. We will respond with our current return procedures and ensure your return is handled smoothly.

Exchanges:

We do not exchange items, as there is no way to track them for inventory and security purposes within eBay. If you need a different item, you may simply return the original product and place a new purchase for the correct one.
