- We ship with Fedex Ground, UPS Ground, USPS First Class and USPS Priority. If you need faster shipping, we are able to ship certain items via air. Of course, that cost is much higher and you would need to call for a shipping quote.
- We do combine shipping whenever possible.
- A tracking number will be provided at the time of shipment.
- Dates we are closed that would affect handling times: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. These days will extend our handling time by 1 or 2 days.

- Buyer has 30 days to contact Enviro-Safe regarding any issues or to request a return.
- The item will be replaced or the buyers money refunded AFTER Enviro-Safe receives the item back in the same condition that is was shipped.
- If the buyer requests the return and there is nothing wrong with the item, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping and will not be refunded for the original shipping.
- If the item is defective, Enviro-Safe will supply a label for return and will refund or replace in full.
