Shipping Policy
At Kickstartmoto we understand that having to wait for parts to get delivered is one of the major turn offs of online shopping. With this in mind, we try our best to have orders processed and dispatched as soon as possible.
| Shipping | Unless otherwise stated, any orders received before 2:30pm (AEST) will be dispatched the same day, orders received after this cut off will be shipped the next business day. We try to ship all our orders Express Post eParcel. In this case, if you live in a capital city, you will receive your order the business day after it has been dispatched. For those living outside of major cities, postage usually takes no more than 3 business days to even the more remote places. We also send a confirmation email with every order informing you what method of delivery we have used for your order. Keep an eye out on your inbox for it! |
