TERMS OF SALE
By placing a bid and/or by using the BUY-IT-NOW and/or MAKE-AN-OFFER option indicates acceptance of all our terms and conditions as outlined below:
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURNS & NO CANCELLATIONS.
- We are NOT affiliated with any companies whose products we sell.
- Products DO NOT carry any Manufacturer's warranties.
- We reserve the right to cancel any bids and/or order(s) that remain unpaid after 48hrs.
TAXES
CANADIAN SALES TAX
- Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within Canada.
RETURN POLICY
- NO "BUYERS REMORSE".
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURNS (except if eligible under the "eBay Money Back Guarantee policy").
- All "Returns" must be in the same condition and packaging as received.
SHIPPING POLICY
ALL SHIPMENTS ARE SHIPPED WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND ONLINE TRACKING.
- We DO NOT ship anywhere else other than your eBay VERIFIED / CONFIRMED shipping address with a valid telephone number
- We DO NOT ship to third party addresses.
- We DO NOT ship via regular mail service.
- We DO NOT combine shipments (except for items purchased on/as a single order during eBay's checkout process)
- We DO NOT ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or anywhere else other than MAINLAND USA and Canadian Provinces.
IMPORT, DUTIES & TAXES
- Buyer is responsible for any and/or all government/shipper levied customs, duties / Import Taxes.
- High valued shipments will require an ADULT SIGNATURE at time of delivery.
