Water resistant Polyester Fabric treated to protect the material against the damaging effects of UV sunlight and prolong its life. The soft handling fabric has a PU (Polyurethane) coating for water resistance and is also flame retardant. Ideal for outdoor cushions, beanbags, gazebo's, Pergola's and general outdoor covers. This fabric is not suitable where the cushion or product will be left outside for the whole summer season, we stock a range of marine grade Acrylic Canvas for this purpose, please contact us for further details.This is a medium weight material (approximately 280gsm, grammes per square metre). The PU coated side should be treated as the reverse side of the fabric. This coating is opaque so may effect the colour of the reverse side of the fabric. The material is sold by the metre and the width is at least 150cm, order 1 metre you will receive a piece 1m x 1.5m, order 3 metres you will receive a piece 3m x 1.5m and so on. Fabric will be provided in one continuous length.
Can be machine washed on a gentle setting at sub 40 degrees but will require reproofing after a number of washes.
