The Length listed above in the header is Overall Length which includes the Flanged head section but not the little ejector style pin that sticks out the end.

Condition ............. Looks New to me, might be a resharp. It is equipped with a spring loaded pin in the end and a small hole in the side of the punch plus an allen head set screw in the head.

It is without mfg packaging
