Satisfaction Guaranteed: We do accept returns for full refund (minus shipping cost) as long as the item is received in the same condition as when it was shipped (we take pictures at time of shipping to compare). If an item is damaged or lost in transit (almost never happens because we pack very well) your refund will be processed once an insurance claim with the shipping company is finalized.
