FAQ – Please read this information; it is CRITICAL to a successful auction!

Thanks for your interest in our auction.  Our goal is a positive auction experience for both the Buyer and us as the seller.  You will find that we are easy to work with, and we only ask the same from you the buyer.  We ask that you read this section carefully as it should answer many of your questions up front.  Important things to consider BEFORE you make a purchase:

-          Does the part number of the item you are buying match the part number of what you are replacing?

o   Modern vehicles often have coded electronics onboard – plug and play does not often work, and “programming” by specific dealership only hardware may be required.

-          None of the parts we offer for sale have been removed from a “FLOOD” vehicle.  You should not purchase, and no seller should offer flood or previously “wet” electronics.  Once flooded, they are generally useless.  NONE of what we offer has ever been flooded.  EVER.

- All of our units are overstock purchases from trusted sources;  all of the parts were removed from salvage/wrecked cars only.  All units we offer have been tested prior to removal.

- If a part has a defect; well, you won’t find much offered here with defects, but if it has something we find skeptical, you will be made aware of it.

-  If you would like additional information or images, please ask.  We can accommodate specific requests. 

What you see is what you get; we do NOT do “stock” photos.  Futhermore, we are not able to offer extra wiring, harness, plugs, clips, etc.  We can only provide you with what is pictured.

Shipping:
Generally, we ship within 24 hours of receiving payment.  In most cases, we try to ship the same day as payment, provided the payment is made before 2PM EST.   We ship using the USPS via Priority Mail creating your label directly from Paypal.  PLEASE make sure your shipping address is confirmed, and correct, otherwise delays will occur.  As soon as we generate a shipping label, you will receive a tracking update.  We can also accommodate expedited shipping, or shipping with other companies.

We ship WORLDWIDE using Flat Rate boxes to keep shipping costs reliable.  Canadian Customers, please contact us, the rates to Canada can be less expensive than other International shipping costs.

Warranty and Returns:

Do to the nature of what we are selling, our warranty is 15 days.   That date begins on the DAY OF ARRIVAL according to the tracking. 15 days should give you enough time to have the part installed, and programmed accordingly.  IF you have ordered something and it will not work in your car, please just be honest with us.  You will find honesty will get you further than trying to pass off a defective part.  Our parts are marked with our branding; any part returned to us that does not have our branding will not be given ANY refund, and you will have to send your own shipping label to retrieve it.

Offers are welcome!  We keep a close eye on what other sellers are offering and want to be as competitive as possible.  If you don’t offer, you will never know !
