Very comfortable and easy to get accustomed to, although the pillow case is a little rough - This may soften up with a few washes.For some reason I used it up side down on the first night. Doh! Definitely choose the large option if you like two pillows.

This product arrived very quickly and was even better than I expected. The website explains how the product was designed to meet the needs of sleep apnoea suffered and it more than met my expectations in use. Of course it cannot be used with a conventional pillow case but it comes with its own removeable and washable cover. It is very comfortable in use and I would recommend it
