If you buy the small items and choose $5 air mail postage,please wait for auspost 11-35 working days delivery.This option is WITHOUT tracking so we'll only update the article number NOT tracking number.(But as we know,normally the delivery takes 1-2 weeks to Asia,USA and Europe but more days to other Countries.)
Items over $50 we suggest you to choose auspost registered mail between $16-$35 postage with signature required.It's quicker and safer for expensive items and save time.
Return accepted only the item is faulty,wrong item etc.Such as buy something wrong by your misunderstanding,change your mind or not suit for your gear etc.,if you pay for the postage,you still could return the item no problem just keep the original condition.
Sometimes if you really NEVER receive your parcel with the article number update that shows we have really posted the parcel already (Or we'll send you the photo of the parcel posted to confirm).We will repost or refund you WITHOUT postage at least.
