Items must be in same condition as you received, meaning unworn unused with tags (if applicable) intact.
Conditions which will void your ability to return merchandise includes: Scratching, Breaking, Wearing items, or lastly, if the auction explicitly says in the description that the item cannot be returned and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense, and the refund will not be issued.
