It is for a hard to find, durable rubber noise insulator that is used with the anti-rattle brake pad clips on the 94-04 Mustang Cobra models & variants that use the dual piston PBR calipers & 13.00" front brakes. It's main purpose will be to help the metal anti-rattle clips keep their shape and possibly absorb some noise coming from the brake pads & being transmitted. Additional fitments include certain model Corvette, Camaro & Firebird. See listed years below or contact me for assistance. We were able to locate a very limited supply of these rubber insulators. As far as we can tell these are not available separately. Most new kits do not include this part. The original factory Ford Cobra brakes include a similar rubber insulator installed in the front caliper clips. If you are missing them here is a chance to pick some up and install during your next brake job. We purchase them loose, in bulk. We will package it up and protect to insure it gets to you in great shape.

Additional details: Replacement brake caliper hardware. Listing is for (1) rubber insulator that fits the anti-rattle brake pad clip. Order (4) if you want a complete left & right caliper set. Fitments include the 94-04 Mustang Cobra with front dual piston PBR calipers. This kit will fit the Cobra and other model equipped with PBR dual piston calipers. This includes Bullitt models, Mach 1 models & the 1979-1993 Mustang converted to the SN95 Cobra brake upgrades. Will also fit certain model Corvette, Camaro and Firebird. See years below. Listing is for 1 insulator. Order as many as you need. You will need 2 clips per each caliper. These get installed on the opposite end of the locking pin on both the inner and outer brake pad. I can send a picture of these installed along with an entire assembled caliper for your reference. A complete front left and right brake setup will need 4 of these insulators.
