If you have a broken DIN on your pod cable leaving the metal part of the DIN connector in the back of the unit or just a damaged DIN on your 2.1 system you don't have to buy a new pod. If you know how to splice wires together and use electrical tape then you can fix it yourself. What I am selling here is a HIGH QUALITY CABLE AND A PLUG and all you have to do is strip the wires from the cable I send you. See the picture in the listing for what you need to do. If you are going to use the shrink tube for the repair next slide on the large shrink tube on to the spliced cable. Then cut off your old plug from your control pod that is broken and splice those wires off and ( twist or solder ) the colored wires from one cable to the other matching the colors then just ( tape or shrink tube ) them individually. If needed the control pod can be removed from the speaker by sliding it straight back off from the bottom of the satellite speaker. After the repair your control pod will be working again.
