This Cutter is CARBIDE TIPPED and it is Super sharp, not sure if it is New or a resharp but either way it is sharp as new.  If it is used it has only been used one time. It will be very well protected for shipping.

It might be an oring boss Fitting cutter of some type?

I am not sure of the thread size, the only info on it is C3752 and Z1209.. 63

The Largest Cutting diameter is approx. 2.439"  and the leading edge cuts at a diameter of 1.250" for a depth of 1.330"

It is 5-1/8" overall length including the taper shank which is a mini stub morse taper and measures about 1-1/4" at the large diameter of the taper shank
