You are looking at a Royal Doulton figurine titled Welcome HN 3764 with the box. The piece stands about 6.00 inches tall. This figurine is in great shape, I can see or feel NO chips, cracks, crazing, etc. Her hands are good all the fingers are there. The box is in very good conditon with normal wear around the corners and tab, plus a crease by the tab. Nice piece to display on your mantle or china cabinet.
