Bartlett Safety Chain Systems High tensile protection against the consequences of accidental trailer separation.
Advantages:

Australian Design Rule 62 (ADR62) requires:

• Two Grade T 800 Safety Chains held by attachments on every rigid drawbar trailer, (PIG or TAG).
• Two attachments to receive chains on every towbar - no exclusions.
• Attachments are specified because Grade T 800 chain is not weldable.

Where do we deliver to?
We only deliver within Australia using courier services including TNT and Toll.  

Can you pick up your order?
Orders are not generally available for pick up, unless you pre arrange by contacting us.

How long will it take for your order to arrive?
All deliveries are despatched from within Australia and will take the following time depending on where you are in Australia:

• NSW - 1-2 business days
• Victoria - 2-3 business days
• Queensland - 2-4 business days
• South Australia - 3-4 business days
• Western Australia - 4-6+ business days (it may take over 6 days for some deliveries in the Kimberley region).
• Tasmania - 4 business days
• Northern Territory - 4-6+ days (it may take over 6 days for some deliveries to remote regions).

Please note: all times quoted as for the next business day and are based upon us receiving your order before midday Monday to Friday.

How much does it cost for your order to be delivered?
Rates are calculated based on the postcode of where you are located.  Please use our shipping calculator to determine the cost.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order through the nominated carriers website. As part of your order communication from us, you will be sent an email with your dispatch confirmation, which will include a tracking number for your package.  Alternatively please contact us and we can help to track your package.

What if I'm not home when my order is delivered?
We suggest you give an address where you will most likely be during the day to receive delivery, this is the safest way to receive your goods. We can deliver to all business and residential addresses in Australia.

Anyone at the delivery address at the time of the delivery will be presumed to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf. If there is no one at the delivery address, the goods may be left if instructed or a notification card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery time.

What if I need my items urgently?
Please contact us immediately to see if there is an alternative way to expediate the delivery.

Changing your delivery details
Delivery address details of your order can be changed up to the point of dispatch. Please contact us immediately to advise us of any change of delivery address. We regret that delivery details cannot be changed after your order has been dispatched from our Distribution Centre.
