About Mio
The story of Mio began in 1999 when it was created by entrepreneur and mother of three, Liz Dickinson. Like many of us, Liz balances family and career, leaving little time for fitness. After several unsuccessful attempts to achieve her fitness goals and shed the pregnancy weight-gain of her third child, Liz turned to a personal trainer for advice. While working with a trainer, Liz realized the key to getting in shape and staying in shape is to practice smart eating habits, monitoring calorie intake, and using a heart rate monitor to ensure that she exercises at the right level. Liz realized there wasn't a product available on the market that would easily help her follow her trainer’s advice

14 Day Return Policy

All returns must be returned in the same condition as it was when received and must include a copy of the invoice.

They must include all documents and tags that were included with the watch.

Any watch that has visible sign of wear, or are scratched in any way, or missing any of the original packaging, will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense, and the refund will not be issued.

In addition to this, we do not accept returns on any watch that was  sized by any other jeweler.

Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the same method used in the purchase.

When sending a watch back to us for return, please use a reliable service that is insured. Insurance and tracking is optional but highly recommended.

All returns must be filed before 14 days; after that time, we are no longer responsible - no exceptions!

All returns must be inspected and approved by us before the return is finalized.

  1. Contact us through eBay messaging to get approval of the return.
  2. Please allow up to 5 days after we receives the watch to process the return and issue credit.

Restocking Fee

There will be a 20% Restocking Fee to cover fees incurred.
