This is a hard-to-find troll doll of Tiny Tim, the famous musician who sang Tiptoe Through the Tulips. This was made by Scandia House in 1965. It measures 3.5" tall and is in very nice condition. It is missing the heart-shaped tag that originally was on the bottom.
