Condition — Excellent, Like New
This item has never been used and shows only slight, or even no, cosmetic imperfections.
This Philips Sonicare DiamondClean HX991M is a pre-owned unit in excellent working condition. The handle has been fully tested: power button responds instantly, all cleaning modes (Clean / White+ / Deep Clean+) cycle correctly, brush-head recognition triggers a mode reset, the pressure sensor activates under simulated load, and the UK-spec 3-pin charging base recharges the handle normally.
Cosmetic condition is very good — the deep-blue handle shows only light surface micro-scratches consistent with normal use. No cracks, dents, or chips. The metal drive shaft is straight and clean.
Sold as pre-owned / second-hand. The unit has been cleaned and inspected before listing.
Battery Health — Tested & Guaranteed
We know battery health is the #1 concern when buying a used electronic device. That's why we've thoroughly tested the battery before listing it — so you can buy with complete confidence.
The built-in lithium-ion battery has been tested and confirmed to hold a full charge with no measurable degradation. Run time per charge is close to the original factory spec — typically up to 3 weeks of normal use on a full charge.
