PLEASE NOTE SHIPPING COST: I make every effort to refund any amount of overpayment for postage. It has become virtually impossible to calculate shipping cost accurately with the radical changes within the US Postal Service. The same size and weight of a parcel that may only cost just over $5.00 can cost over $8.00 to another location. It is very unfortunate that USPS has worked so hard to compromise the quality of their service.
