Dang near every Optimus or lookalike ends up with an evil clone or Bizarro/Mirror-Mirror-esque counterpart. This Nemesis was a long time coming. Grab him now, before he gets used in fiction and the Bludgeon Effect skyrockets his price!
Toy has never been removed from insert, EXCEPT for the leftmost spinal sword, which fell off at some point in the store or storage. I accidentally reinserted it upside down, not remembering how it went. There's no sign of even the slightest paint wear, so I don't want to risk pulling it out again.
No paint defects on the figure either. I cut it off the end of the 4-pack insert, and can cut even more cardboard off if you'd like, but I've already found the perfect shipping box, and doing so probably wouldn't make much difference.
Oh, and in case you didn't already know, heed this friendly warning from TFWiki:
As a redeco of the Kingdom mold, Nemesis Primal likely suffers from the same clearance problems on his waist area, where the painted front thighs are very prone to scraping off from simply manipulating the figure. The most permanent solution would be to disassemble the waist and shave down the contacting surfaces. Otherwise, exercise lots of caution when moving his hips.
