Opening Hours Our eBay shop is open between 10am - 4pm, Monday to Friday, and we'll reply to your messages as soon as we can.

Returns You can send back your item within 30 days to get a full refund. We'll check the item when it comes back to make sure it's still in the same condition as when it was sent to you.

Payment If you're bidding, make sure to pay within four days after winning, or your order may be cancelled.

Shipping We currently only post within the UK and do not offer overseas postage. We have a 2 working day shipping time. Once an item has been packed and processed for posting, it will be collected by Royal Mail the following working day. We use Royal Mail for most of our shipping, however occasionally we may need to use an alternative service. If you purchase more than one item, we are happy to combine postage where possible. 

Item Enquiries Once we've listed items on eBay, they're packed up and stored in our warehouse until sold. Due to this we may not be able to provide extra photos or give more details about the item.
