It is solid and not hollow and very well crafted.

It is not a coated piece over resin.  

This is the real deal and has the true weight and feel to it.

Excellent Condition, However the rubber tires are only partially there.   Some big gaps gone on each tire.  Ultimately, these would need to be repaired or replaced, but even if not the item still presents well and most people will not immediately notice this defect.
