The Peristeen Plus balloon catheter accessory unit kit contains:
The water bag can be used up to 15 times. It is designed to stand on the floor and can be easily moved around using the large handle.
The catheter is for single use only and a new catheter should be used each time you irrigate. They are pre-coated for a smoother, easier insertion and have a soft, inflatable balloon to sit inside the rectum during irrigation. This helps to keep the catheter in place so you don’t have to worry about holding it.
* Please hold onto the screw top from the water bag you receive with your system (29141), as it is not provided in the Peristeen Plus Accessory unit kits (29142).
