I attended this concert on Liberty Island in New York City on September 30th, 2012 - and swiped the setlist from the stage.  I was lucky enough to meet her after the concert and got her to sigh it. 

This is a one-of-a-kind item with the date/title of the concert printed on the page 

This concert was notable because it was a benefit concert for cancer survivors and the press were trying to get her to discuss her recent cancer diagnosis.
