I purchased this doll at an estate sale. The head was by itself and the body had the Twiggy head on it. I assume the head and body go together but I can't say for sure since they were only in the same box. The head seems to be in very good condition. There is a small earring hole on each side and there is no green. Maybe slight paint wear on the lips. The hair seems full and nice. The body has some flaws. There are marker marks on the back of an arm and lighter pink marks on the leg. There are other light scratches and wear marks on the body. The fingers and toes look good.
The Twiggy head has green marks on both sides of the face and her hair is messed up. Not sure if she is usable at all but it will be included along with a wig. The wig seems thin on the back but otherwise looks nice.
The best part is the Barbie head!
