I cannot see any obvious marks on this doll, but given comps, I believe that it is antique. 

This doll has a paper mache or composition head. See photos. 

He has a beautifully detailed hand painted face with a slight smile. 

He has composition lower arms and hands. 

I think his lower legs and feet are composition as well, although they could be wood. I am not sure. See photos.

His body feels to be stuffed fabric. 

This doll is dressed in an elaborate embroidered outfit. 

This doll measures approx 7"

This doll's condition is good overall. His face and head look good, but for needing a cleaning. 

His hands are intact.

He has a small chip on the inside of his left shoe.

His outfit is in good condition, except for darkening and fading from age/soil/wear. The tassels on his hat need a straightening.
