We specialize in high-quality 3D-printed resin parts, accessories, figurines, and other products for scale model builders. Please read the following information before purchasing.
COMBINED SHIPPING
YES, WE COMBINE SHIPPING!
If you are purchasing multiple items from Hooligan Scale Models, please add the items to your cart and use eBay's Request Combined Shipping option when available.
If you are unable to request combined shipping through eBay, please send us a message before paying and we will assist you whenever possible.
We will combine eligible items into one shipment whenever practical and adjust the shipping charge accordingly.
Please do not pay for several separate orders and automatically assume that excess shipping charges will be refunded. Contact us before payment whenever possible so we can make sure your order is handled correctly.
ABOUT OUR 3D-PRINTED PRODUCTS
Most Hooligan Scale Models products are produced using high-resolution resin 3D printing.
Please understand that these are 3D-printed hobby parts, not mass-produced injection-molded plastic parts.
Minor characteristics of the 3D-printing process may occasionally be visible, including:
- Small support marks
- Minor layer or print lines
- Small surface imperfections
- Slight variations between prints
- Minor cleanup areas where supports were removed
These characteristics are normal for resin 3D printing and are not necessarily considered defects.
As with many aftermarket model parts, some sanding, trimming, filling, drilling, test-fitting, or other minor preparation may be required before painting or installation.
We strongly recommend test-fitting all parts before final assembly or painting.
RESIN PARTS ARE FRAGILE
Resin can be more brittle than traditional injection-molded plastic.
Small or highly detailed components should be handled carefully. Thin pieces can break if bent, dropped, squeezed, or handled roughly.
Please take extra care when removing parts from packaging and during assembly.
FIGURINES & STANDING POSES
Please be aware that not all figurines are designed or guaranteed to stand upright on their own without support.
This is especially common with figurines wearing high-heeled shoes, standing on a small portion of the foot, leaning, or posed in a walking, stepping, or other dynamic position.
Because of the scale and design of these poses, the contact area between the figurine's feet and the display surface may be very small.
For best results, some figurines may need to be attached to a base, diorama, vehicle, or display surface using an appropriate hobby adhesive, mounting pin, or other support method.
A figurine's inability to freely stand on its own is not considered a defect when it is the natural result of the pose, footwear, or design.
FIGURINE SIZE & SCALE GUIDE
Our figurines are offered in a variety of scales.
As a general reference, an average adult approximately 5'9" (175 cm) tall would measure approximately:
- 1/87 Scale: 20 mm tall
- 1/64 Scale: 27 mm tall
- 1/32 Scale: 55 mm tall
- 1/25 Scale: 70 mm tall
- 1/18 Scale: 97 mm tall
- 1/16 Scale: 109 mm tall
These measurements are intended as a general size reference only and do not mean that every figurine will measure exactly this height.
Actual overall height can vary depending on the person being represented, body proportions, footwear, accessories, and especially the pose of the figurine.
A seated, crouching, leaning, bending, walking, stepping, or otherwise dynamically posed figure may measure considerably shorter from the bottom of the feet to the highest point of the figure than a person standing completely upright.
Figures wearing high heels, hats, helmets, or other accessories may also measure slightly taller.
Some figurines may not stand on their own, especially those wearing high heels or posed in walking or other dynamic positions.
Scale refers to the intended size of the person represented and does not necessarily represent the measured height of the finished figurine in its particular pose.
SCALE & SIZE
Please carefully check the scale listed in each item description before purchasing.
Many of our products are available in multiple scales. Photographs may be enlarged to show detail and should not be used to judge the actual physical size of an item.
If you are unsure whether a particular part or figurine will work with your project, please contact us before ordering.
FITMENT
Unless specifically stated otherwise, our products are aftermarket hobby parts and are not guaranteed to be direct drop-in replacements for every model kit, manufacturer, body, chassis, or custom project.
Model kits and custom builds can vary considerably.
Some modification, sanding, trimming, drilling, adjustment, or test-fitting may be required to achieve the desired fit.
PRODUCT PHOTOS
We make every effort to accurately represent our products.
Because of differences in lighting, photography, computer monitors, resin batches, and the 3D-printing process, the color or appearance of the item you receive may vary slightly from the photographs.
Unless specifically stated in the listing, photographs of painted or completed models may be shown for demonstration purposes.
Please read the individual listing carefully to determine exactly what is included with your purchase.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days.
Returns must be initiated through eBay's return system.
Items should be returned in the same general condition in which they were received.
Return shipping responsibility and refunds will be handled according to the reason for the return, the individual listing's return policy, and applicable eBay policies.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is another problem with your order, please contact us through eBay so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
CANCELLATIONS
We accept cancellation requests as long as the order has not shipped.
If you need to cancel an order, please submit the cancellation request or contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If eligible, the item would instead need to be handled through the return process after delivery.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
We package our products carefully, but occasionally damage can occur during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us through eBay and provide clear photographs of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- The shipping box or mailer, if damaged
Please do not immediately discard the packaging, as it may be needed to help resolve a shipping issue.
ORDER PROBLEMS
If we made a mistake with your order, please contact us.
We want you to receive the correct products and will work with you to resolve legitimate order issues.
Messaging us through eBay also keeps communication and order information together, making it easier for us to locate your purchase and assist you.
