These buildings came off a working layout and are a little dusty beyond what I was able to clean. Units would benefit from additional cleaning. I didn't clean too aggressively as I didn't want to damage any details. Units are being offered as I received and not sure if there are any missing pieces. For reference the base of grand hotel is about 11 1/2 inches x 4 inches. All are marked Vollmer. Buildings will be boxed properly for shipping. This lot is fragile and some small details may come loose in shipping. If that is an issue for you then best to not bid on this lot.
