Her head has poly fill . She is brand new her painting was achieved using Genesis heat set paint. I sell ,  my babies on a different platform and have 100% positive feedback. She does have pierced earrings in you can easily pull them out and you really will not see a hole in her ear up to you. You can also change her earrings.
