All of our items are shipped with 24/48H courier pending what it is, we usually ship most items same day but we do employ a 3 day handling time as in busy times it may not be possible to ship same day (sometimes parts need removing or require courier booking and collection etc) cut off time for same day postage is midday.
If you require an item asap, please contact us directly first to make sure we can meet your intended timescales BEFORE purchase.
All palletised items e.g. engines, body panels, MUST have a phone number or courier will refuse to collect, failure to provide us with a phone number may result in delays to post your items.
Areas of high postage, in most cases postage prices will be applied on the listing, these are standard geographical rates. If you live in areas of increased postage costs e.g. highlands, channel islands etc, you must contact us for a price on postage, failure to do so may result in cancellation or delays in posting your items.

We can no longer ship palletised items to Ireland/Northern Ireland due to increased costs and paperwork constraints, all items bought without checking will be cancelled and refunded

We are always happy for collection of any items, please contact us via phone to arrange collection, due to storage locations, potential of parts requiring removal and high work loads it may not be possible to supply parts for immediate collection if you arrive without contacting us first.

We have a 30 day return policy, to qualify for this the item must be returned in same working condition they were sent out. Buyer is responsible for return postage for all items bought in error a 10% restocking fee may apply.
We recommend a tracked delivery option.
