Beautiful Japanese Studio Pottery Vase by Shimizu – Signed with Original Tomobako

**Item Description:**

Up for sale is a beautiful and authentic Japanese studio pottery vase (Kabin) handcrafted by the renowned 6th generation Kyoto potter, Shimizu Rokubei VI (1901–1980). This piece features his signature, masterfully executed multi-colored "Sansai" (three-color) drip glaze technique over a beautifully textured, rustic clay body.

Shimizu Rokubei VI was a highly celebrated master of Kiyomizu ware (Kiyomizu-yaki) and a member of the prestigious Japan Art Academy. His works are held in major museums worldwide.

The vase comes complete with its original signed and sealed wooden presentation box (Tomobako), which provides excellent provenance and authenticity.
