Vintage 1975 Tlingit Northwest Coast Sterling Silver Raven Cuff
This vintage Tlingit sterling silver cuff is a substantial example of Northwest Coast jewelry, combining traditional Indigenous design language with hand-worked silver construction. The wide bracelet is decorated with bold formline-style imagery, using curved and geometric elements arranged across the full face of the cuff. Deeply recessed and oxidized areas emphasize the raised silverwork and give the design strong definition. The interior retains an older label identifying it as a “Klinkit NW Indian Bracelet,” an alternate historical spelling of Tlingit, along with an engraved artist signature and “75.” Its substantial weight, signed construction, and Tlingit attribution give the piece particular interest as a vintage Native American silver cuff.
