This is the Sony PlayStation 4 Call of Duty: Black Ops III Limited Edition console (model CUH-1215B) in the black and orange Nuk3town-themed design, fully tested and working. The system has been factory reset to erase all prior data, saves, and account information, so it's ready for a new owner right out of the box.

Included are two wireless controllers: the matching Black Ops III themed DualShock 4 in grey with orange accent buttons and Roman numeral III logo, and a standard white DualShock 4. Both have been tested and pair and function properly, though the white controller does show some visible wear from use. The Black Ops III controller has replacement analog stick grips (black/orange) installed rather than the original caps.

Four games are included: Call of Duty: Black Ops III (the matching game for this edition, complete with case), Star Wars Battlefront, Cabela's African Adventures, and MLB The Show 17. All discs have been tested and load properly.

The power cable included is a compatible replacement, not the original Sony cable, but has been tested and works correctly. No HDMI cable or original box is included. The console shows normal cosmetic wear from previous use, including light scuffing consistent with age, but no cracks or damage to the housing.
