DEWALT Bandfile is pictured and described as in preowned condition (see pictures). The tool was tested and is working. Battery is *NOT* included. The bandfile has some surface wear, scratches, and minor scuffs from handling, use, and storage. The sanding band is worn and likely needs to be replaced soon. Pictured item is included. Only pictured item is included.
