Offered is an early full sized grey donkey from the iconic Schoenhut Humpty Dumpty Circus collection.

Overall good condition.

Jointed with a swivel head, open mouth with painted white teeth and glass eyes. Leather ears and rope tail.

The mane is missing.

The last 4 photos show small areas of paint loss.

Very good working order and it stands and poses easily.

Research concluded that this sized donkey with glass eyes dates between 1903 and 1915.

Schoenhut was a very large toy company based in Philadelphia and operated between 1903 and 1935.
