Offered is a full sized hard to find hippopotamus from the iconic Schoenhut Humpty Dumpty Circus collection.

Overall good to very good condition.

Jointed with a swivel head open mouth with realistic white teeth and painted eyes.

Attached leather tail and ears ***one ear is worn down***

Hand painted.

Very good working order, the stringing is tight, and it stands and poses easily.

A great addition to your collection, the teeth really stand out!

4.5" tall and 9.5" long.

Research concluded that this sized hippo with an open mouth dates between 1918 and 1920s.

Schoenhut was a very large toy company based in Philadelphia and operated between 1903 and 1935.
